摘要
研究了微波再生条件对污泥活性炭吸附水中重金属效果的影响,探究了其对水中重金属的吸附动力学过程。结果表明随着微波再生功率的增加,再生污泥活性炭对重金属离子的吸附去除率增大,均大于70%。随着微波再生时间的延长,再生污泥活性炭对重金属离子的吸附去除率呈现先增大后稳定的趋势。随着微波次数的增加,再生污泥活性炭对Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附去除率逐渐减少,微波再生的次数最好控制在5次以内。再生污泥活性炭对重金属离子(Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+和Cd2+)的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,属于拟二阶动力学模型。
The influences of regeneration conditions on the adsorptions of Pb2 +,Cu2 +,Zn2 + and Cd2 + were investigated. Adsorption kinetics of Pb2 +,Cu2 +,Zn2 + and Cd2 + in aqueous solution with regenerated activated carbon by microwave was studied. The results indicate that the adsorption removal rates of heavy metals increase with the increase of microwave power,which are above 70% . The adsorption removal rates of heavy metals increase with the increase of irradiation times in 5 minutes,and then adsorption removal rates decrease with the increase of irradiation times. The adsorption removal rates decrease with the increase of microwave regeneration frequency,so the number of microwave regeneration should be below 5. the adsorption of heavy mental (Cu2 +,Zn2 +,Pb2 + and Cd2 +)with regenerated activated carbon can be described by Langmuir isotherm,which is pseudo-second-order kinetics model.
