爱尔兰现代职业教育体系发展历程及对我国的启示被引量：9

摘要经过四十多年的不懈努力,爱尔兰建成了较为完备的现代职业教育体系,主要由以下四部分组成:全日制职业教育,成人和继续教育,职业培训和学徒制,欧盟的职业教育。纵观发展历程,其具有"覆盖面广","渗透性强","执行力大","协同发展"的特点。这对我国职业教育发展有着重要的借鉴意义:"终身化"、"全民化"、"网络化"应成为我国职业教育的发展方向;不断调整职业教育结构应成为今后我国职业教育发展的一个重点;扩充职业院校的社会服务职能是我国职业教育发展的动力源;加强政府对职业教育质量的监管是我国职业教育发展的保障。
