摘要 6HW-12B高射程森林病虫害防治喷雾机,是继6HW30和6HW-12A两款高射程喷雾机研制成功之后又一款极具创新意义的新型森林病虫害防治设备。本文介绍了该机型主要研究内容:将6HW-12A高射程森林病虫害防治喷雾机的操控方式从"电控气动式"升级为"电控液压式";驾驶棚从"简易驾驶棚"变为"全封闭异形驾驶室";报警系统从"玻璃溢位计"升级为"电控声光溢位报警器"。在总体方案设计上,为提高"6HW-12B高射程喷雾机"的有效射程,还对主机和风机的功率进行了全面提升,分别从"6HW-12A高射程喷雾机"的22KW和15KW提高到"6HW-12B高射程喷雾机"的26KW和22KW。功率的全面提升,使得整机喷高也从原来的20 m提高到现在的22 m以上,水平射程大于35m,平均雾滴直径达到131μm。6HW-12B高射程喷雾机的研制成功,使丘陵和平原地区森林病虫害防治全面实现现代化成为可能。 Following 6HW30 and 6HW-12A, 6HW-I 2B high rage sprayer is another highly successful development of innovative new forest pest control devices. 6HW-12B high rage sprayer has been upgraded based on 6HW-12A high rage sprayer. The main de- velopment contents of the sprayer are introduced in this paper: the electronic-control pneumatic controlling mode is upgraded to elec- tronic-control hydraulic controlling mode; the simple driving cab is upgraded to "whole closed special-shaped" driving cab; the "glass overflow meter" alarm system is upgraded to "electronically controlled sound and light overflow" alarm system. In terms of the overall design, to improve the effective range of 6HW-12B high rage sprayer, based on 6HW-12A high rage sprayer, the power of the main engine is increased from 15 kW to 22 kW and the power of the fan unit is increased from 22 kW to 26 kW; then the spray height is in- creased from 20 m to more than 22 m, the horizontal range reached more than 35 m, and the average diameter of droplets reached 131 μm. Therefore, the successful development of 6HW-12B high range sprayer made the modernization of forest pest control in hilly and plains region become possible.
