摘要
文章对河北省农村土地流转问题进行了调查,并分析了存在的问题,进而提出引导农村土地向规模经营流转、探索农村土地流转模式创新和发挥农业科技优势等对策,以循序渐进地发展农业适度规模经营。
Rural land circulation in Hebei Province was investigated and problems were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward to develop moderate scale agriculture operation step by step, such as guiding the rural land transfer to large scale operation, exploring innovation of rural land circulation mode, and making full use of the advantages of agricultural science and technology.
