促进吉林省水稻种业发展的对策探讨 被引量:7

摘要 吉林省是我国东北地区主要的粳稻生产基地之一。近年来,常规育种研究徘徊不前,超级稻品种老化、单一化现象日趋明显。同时,在育种、育繁、推广体系中又面临着诸多现实问题,严重制约着吉林省种业的发展。基于此,文章在对吉林省水稻种业现状进行分析的基础上,结合笔者多年来在水稻科研和成果推广等方面的工作经验,深入剖析吉林省种业目前存在的问题和产生原因,提出了加快种业育、繁、推一体化进程,加强政策引导,深化种业扶优扶强政策和完善成果评价体系等一系列未来发展建议。 Jilin province is one of the production base of Japanica rice in China. There were many problems, such as the bottleneck of breeding, the super-rice cultivar ageing and singleness. At the same time, many problems in breeding, reproducing and popularizing systems, which restricted the development of rice seed industry in Jilin Province. Based on analysis of current situation, and combined with experience of studies and achievements on rice for many years, the reasons of these problems of rice seed industry were analyzed. Suggestions for development in the future were put forward, such as speeding up the integration of breeding, propagation and widespread, strengthening policy guidance, deepening policy for support super and strong seed enterprises, and improving cultivar and achievements evaluation system.
