摘要
文章分析了农业科研单位现有职称评审体系中存在的问题,提出职称评审要顺应现代农业发展,充分体现评审导向和职称内涵,开辟海外高层次人才的绿色通道,完善业绩量化评价体系,并在评聘分开的基础上,展望了社会化评审、岗聘代替评审等发展趋势,以顺应现代农业发展的新趋势、新要求,激发科技人员的创新热情,保证科学研究高效运行。
Based on an analysis of problems in current professional title evaluation system, it was proposed that the title evaluation should be in line with modern agricultural development and embody the orientation of evaluation and the connotation of professional titles. With a green channel for overseas talents and an improved quantitative evaluation mechanism, the system should stick to the separation of title assessment from position appointment and incorporate new trends as socialized evaluation and evaluation-free appointment, so as to comply with new trends and requirements of modern agriculture, stimulate innovative drive of scientific staff, and guarantee their effective performance.
