摘要
通过回顾我国医疗改革的现状和问题,梳理了医疗改革的关键环节,提出了医疗同质化的概念。实施医疗技术同质化是我国中长期医疗改革的重要目标和任务,实施医疗同质化可以从执业医师规范化培训、区域医疗资源整合、区域信息化建设、统一医疗评价指标、高标准构建基层医院、移动医疗互联网来着手推进。
Through reviewing the present situation and problems of China＇s medical reform, the key points of medical reform were analyzed, and the concept of medical treatment homogenization was proposed. Medical homoge- nization can be implemented from, and the six areas： practitioners of standardization training, medical resources inte- gration, regional health information construction, unified medical evaluation indicator, high standard primary hospital construction and medical mobile internet construction.
