Financing is the important means to alleviate the shortage of funds and solve the predicament of the development of the private hospitals. In the background of the deepening medical and health system, the types and features of the indirect financing, direct financing and intermediate financing are analyzed, and the problems in the face of private hospital financing are explored. At last, the policy recommendations are put forward to broaden the financing channels of private hospitals.
