舌下特异性免疫治疗对过敏性哮喘患者诱导痰中炎性因子、趋化因子、T细胞亚群含量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:分析舌下特异性免疫治疗对过敏性哮喘患者诱导痰中炎性因子、趋化因子、T细胞亚群含量的影响。方法:选择在本院接受住院治疗的过敏性哮喘患者患者128例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(64例)接受舌下特异性免疫治疗,对照组(64例)接受临床常规治疗,比较两组诱导痰中炎性因子、趋化因子、T细胞亚群含量差异。结果:(1)观察组治疗后的诱导痰白介素-4(IL-4)水平均明显低于对照组,白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组治疗后的诱导痰白介素-16(IL-16)、RANTES、巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组诱导痰CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舌下特异性免疫治疗可以降低过敏性哮喘患者诱导痰中炎性因子、趋化因子水平,优化T细胞亚群含量。 Objective: To analyze the Influence of sublingual immunotherapy therapy on inflammatory cytokines, chemokines,T cell subgroup contents of induced sputum in allergic asthma patients. Methods: A total of 128 cases of allergic asthma patients treated in our hospital were enrolled as and randomly divided into observation group (64 cases) and control group. The observation group received sublingual immunotherapy therapy, control group (64 cases) received clinical routine treatment. Compared inflammatory cytokines chemokines, T cell subgroup contents of induced sputum in allergic asthma patients. Results: 1) induced sputum IL-2, IL-4, IFN-γlevels of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05); 2) IL-16 ,RANTES,MIP-1a levels in the induced sputum of the observation group patients were significantly lower than control group (P〈0.05); 3) CD3+ ,CD4+ ,CD8+ levels of the induced sputum in the observation group were significant higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Sublingual immnnotherapy therapy can reduce inflammatory cytokines and chemokines levels, optimize content of T cell subgroup in induced sputum of patients with allergic asthma.
