桡动脉穿刺介入术后止血方法的比较

Comparison on the postoperative hemostatic methods in radial artery intervention and its nursing

目的:比较不同止血方法在桡动脉穿刺介入术后的止血效果,并探讨其护理方法及效果。方法:选取于本院进行桡动脉穿刺介入术干预的84例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(加压弹力绷带组)42例和B组(桡动脉充气止血器组)42例,对两组均进行针对性护理,并将两组的肿胀、疼痛及麻木程度、止血时间及干预前后的局部微循环指标进行统计及比较。结果:B组的肿胀、疼痛及麻木程度均轻于A组,止血时间短于A组,干预后不同时间的局部微循环优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组均对护理满意率为100.00%。结论:桡动脉充气止血器在桡动脉穿刺介入术后止血中的效果相对较好,辅以针对性护理更受患者欢迎。

Objective： To compare the postoperative hemostatic effect of different hemostatic methods in radial artery intervention,and to investigate its nursing method and effect. Methods：84 patients who were treated with radial artery intervention in our hospital were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into group A （pressurized elastic bandage group, n=42 cases） and group B（radial artery pneumatic hemostasis device group, n=42 cases,the two groups were all intervened with targeted nursing,then the swelling, pain and numbness degree,hemostatic time and local microeirculation indexes before and after the intervention of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results：The swelling, pain and numbness degree of group A were all slighter than those of group A, the hemostatic time was shorter than that of group A, the local microcircula tion indexes at different time after the intervention were all better than those of group A （P all〈0.05）, and the satisfaction rates of two groups for the nursing were both 100.00Yoo. Conclusion：The postoperative hemostatic effect of radial artery pneumatic hemostasis device in radial artery intervention are relatively better,and it is more welcomed by the patients with targeted nursing.
