健脾益肺法治疗脾肺气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of strengthening spleen and tonifying lung on acute estage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Qi deficiency of spleen and lung

目的评价健脾益肺中药治疗脾肺气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效,并探讨其可能机制。方法将纳入观察的100例脾肺气虚型AECOPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予西医常规治疗;观察组在西医常规治疗的基础上联合应用中医健脾益肺中药。观察2组患者治疗前后症状体征、SGRQ评分、6min步行距离、肺功能指标的变化情况。结果治疗4周后,2组症候积分、肺功能指标、SGRQ评分、6 min步行距离均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论针对脾肺气虚型AECOPD患者,在西医常规治疗的基础上联合健脾益肺中药治疗可明显改善患者症状及肺功能,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective It is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of strengthening spleen and tonifying lung Chinese medicine on acute estage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） with Qi deficiency of spleen and lung, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods 100 cases of patients with AECOPD of Qi deficiency of spleen and lung type were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with normal western medicine, the observation group was treated with strengthening spleen and tonifying lung Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, SGRQ scores, 6MWD, lung function indexes before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment, the clinical syndromes, lung function indexes, SGRQ scores, 6MWD were all significantly improved in both groups after treatment（P 〈 0.05） , and the improvements in observation group were more significant than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with AECOPD of Qi deficiency of spleen and lung, normal western medicine combined with strengthening spleen and tonifying lung Chinese medicine can obviously improve the syndromes and lung function, improve their life quality, which is worthy widely applicating in clinic.
