摘要
针对双臂凿岩台车隧道机械化作业施工技术经济性问题,进行了技术经济评价指标分级及建立统计模型,通过与风动凿岩机钻爆法对比,给出了隧道施工机械集群的配置与优化模型。得到结论为:双臂凿岩台车隧道机械化施工能有效地降低隧道施工成本和劳动强度,保护施工人员的人身安全。
Aimed at the economy of mechanized construction of tunnel with dual-arm jumbo, the technical and economic evaluation indices were classified and statistical model was established. Rational allocation and optimization model of tunnel construction machinery cluster were carried out, and the economic benefit of dual-arm jumbo was analyzed. Compared with ordinary drilling and blasting method, the cost of tunnel eonstruction can be reduced effectively by using dual-arm jumbo. And what＇s more, it can also save the tunnel construction investment, reduce labor intensity and guarantee the personal safety of construction workers.
