摘要
800H合金具有优良的抗高温蠕变性能和抗氧化性能,但会在管子、管件和设备的预制和制造过程中出现焊缝再热裂纹等问题。结合国内外经验,分析问题产生的原因,对基于多晶硅项目的 800H合金提出了技术要求,并对管道和设备的制造、安装提出附加要求。选择合适的填充金属和热处理工艺,可防止制造过程中再热裂纹和使用过程中应力松弛开裂的产生。
Alloy 800 H has excellent high temperature creep resistance and oxidation resistance, but reheat cracks at welds and other problems often occur during the prefabrication and manufacture of pipes, fittings and equipments.Combined with the domestic and overseas experience, analyzes the causes of the problems, puts forward technical requirements for the alloy 800 H used in the polysilicon project, and proposes additional requirements for the fabrication and installation of pipes and equipments. Selecting suitable filler metals and heat-treatment process can prevent the generation of reheat cracks in manufacture and stress relaxation cracks during service term.
