摘要
针对某型柴油机试车过程中出现的滑油压力偏低现象,通过对该型机滑油系统的分解,建立故障树,与已出产的该型柴油机试车数据作对比,并据此制定重点排查项目。逐步分析表明,传动箱油腔加工产生的误差、压力控制阀未能对压力实现调节,以及运动副间隙偏大造成泄漏量增大,是造成滑油压力偏低的主要原因。最终,通过改进传动箱油腔加工工艺,更换压力控制阀,调整对应的运动副间隙等措施,保证了滑油压力稳定在规定范围内,提高了滑油系统的可靠性。
Aiming at the phenomenon of low-pressure of luhe oil of some diesel engine during test, fault trees has been set up by breaking down the lube oil system, which provide a contrast for the test data of this kind of diesel engine produced, so as to constitute important inspect items. Analysis step by step indicates: the main reasons to low-pressure of lube oil are process error of manufacturing wheel box, disabled pressure control valve and superfluous working part clearance. Finally, the low-pressure is kept in the stated scope and dependability of lube oil system is advanced via improving manufacture techniques of wheel box, changing pressure control valve and adjusting corresponding working part clearance.
