Optimization of 12V190 Connecting-rod Machining Process

摘要 连杆是发动机的主要传动件之一,其加工精度对于发动机的稳定运行至关重要。而12V190连杆的结构在加工中易于变形,并存在一些难以加工和保证尺寸精度的部位。根据12V190连杆现有工艺中存在的问题进行分析,并调研了现有的连杆新工艺,对12V190连杆加工工艺进行优化。经过实践证明,其优化后的连杆工艺是可行的。 Connecting rod is one of the main transmission parts of engine, and its machining precision is vital for the stable operation of the engine. And 12V190 connecting rod structure, easy to deformation in machining, and it is difficult to machine and ensure dimensional accuracy of parts. 12V190 connecting rod, according to the problems in existing process, carries out the analysis, and research the new technology of existing linkage to optimize the 12V190 connecting rod processing technology. The practice proves that the optimized technology of connecting rod is feasible.
