摘要
柴油机顶升机构主要由滚轮导筒座、滚轮导筒、滚轮销、滚轮销衬套组成,通过分析滚轮导筒异常磨损故障原因,提出改进措施,并经过大量实验验证得出了正确的理论。要改进滚轮销结构(加长油槽和油楔),进而改善滚轮端面的润滑,从技术方面彻底解决了滚轮导筒异常磨损的故障,为提高柴油机质量,提出了更为合理和符合实际的措施。
The tappet assembly of engine consists of guide seat, roller guide, roller pin and pin bush. This thesis gives some improving measures by the cause analysis for abnormal wear of roller guide and obtains the correct theory, after a lot of test verification. We should improve the structure of roller pin (such as, lengthening the oil groove and the oil wedge) to make the lubrication of roller end face better. The accident of abnormal wear on roller guide is thoroughly removed in the technical field. In order to improve the quality of diesel engine, the more reasonable and applicable measures are listed in this thesis.
