摘要
风电大规模、快速接入电网给电网有功调度和控制带来新的挑战,而且中国的风电测试工作,还仍处于刚起步的阶段,国内无试验规程可以借鉴。在甘肃省电力科学研究院"甘肃酒泉汇能风电开发有限公司桥西第三风电场有功控制能力测试试验"基础上,文中给出了一套对于MW级风电场有功控制能力测试的实验方法与流程,为提升风电接入电网的安全可靠性提供技术支撑奠定了基础。
Rapid connection of wind power to power grid in large scale brings a new challenge to the active power dispatch. However, the wind power testing in China is still at an initial stage, thus no existing test procedure can be referenced. Based on the Gansu Electric Power Research Institute's Active Power Control Testing Experiment in the Third Wind Power Plant of Jiuquan Huineng Wind Power Development Co., Ltd., Gansu Province, this paper proposes a new testing method and process for MW-grade wind power active control test to provide a basis for improving the reliability of the connection of wind power to power grid.
