高压绝缘子参数监测系统光伏发电电源的设计 被引量:2

摘要 高压绝缘子参数监测系统主要实现对高压绝缘子状态的在线监测,其供电电源是关键问题之一,要求电源长期免维护﹑高可靠性与稳定性。文中采用由蓄电池与超级电容器混合储能的光伏发电电源,根据负载及储能系统的特点提出了能量管理策略,光伏发电电源采用单向DC/DC单向变换器进行最大功率控制,超级电容与蓄电池采用双向DC/DC变换器与系统进行能量的双向交换。结果表明,该控制策略能在光伏电池输出功率波动的情况下,直流母线电压保持稳定,且能有效减少蓄电池的充放电循环次数,优化充放电性能,延长使用寿命,最大程度地保证光伏发电电源向系统不间断供电。 In order to achieve the goal of online condition monitoring of high voltage insulator, its power supply of high voltage insulator parameters online monitoring system is one of the key problems, and it requires that the power has the characteristics of long-term free maintenance, high reliability and stability.This paper designs photovoltaic power supply of battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage, and puts forwards energy management strategy according to the characteristics of the load and energy storage system. Photovoltaic power generation system adopts one-way DC/DC converter for maximum power control and bi-directional DC/DC converter to achieve super capacitor and battery's energy bi-directional exchange with the system. The results show that the control strategy can maintain stability of the DC bus voltage when the output power of photovoltaic battery fluctuates, and can effectively reduce the cycle times of charge and discharge of the battery, optimize charge and discharge performance, prolong the service life,and ensure maximum uninterrupted power supply.
