摘要 设计了Power PC+现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)共同控制的三电平变流器空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)平台,将部分算法放入FPGA内完成,减少了Power PC的计算量,有利于Power PC的功能扩展和复杂算法实现。除常规的死区控制和最小脉宽控制外,将安全封脉冲控制方法引入,使系统在故障或封脉冲指令时更安全可靠,避免了开关切换时的桥臂直通、功率开关动作时间不足和单个功率开关承受全部母线电压等问题。在2.5 MVA水冷中压风电变流器系统中验证了该控制方法的有效性和可靠性。 Power PC+filed programmable gated array (FPGA) co-designed platform is used in three-level converter space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control system.Part of the algorithm is completed with FPGA, so computation reducing of Power PC is realized, and the expansion and complex of algorithms using Power PC can be obtained.In addition to the conventional dead-time control and minimum pulse width control, security seal pulse control method is introduced, so the system will be more safety and reliability in case of fault or closure pulse command, avoiding the bridge arm straight when switching, lack of time when power switching and single switch to withstand the full bus voltage and other issues.The validity and reliability of the control method is verified by 2.5 MVA system.
