“协作性公共管理”:范式比较与概念解析被引量：4

摘要城市行政环境在21世纪发生了巨大的改变,为应对城市问题,协作性公共管理在后新公共管理时期出现并兴起。协作性公共管理是政府间关系研究的拓展,网络管理是协作性公共管理的重要类别,协作性公共管理是现代城市管理的最新注脚。协作性公共管理正式提出一种解释、指导跨部门、跨组织、跨边界的管理活动的理论框架,它重视以经验事实为基础的协作的程度与类型的实证研究,同时也是理解网络时代公共管理的战略框架。
