家庭自测血压对社区老年高血圧患者血压控制效果的影响

The Antihypertensive Results of Family Self Testing in Hypertensives among Aged Hypertension Patients

目的探讨家庭自测血压对社区老年高血压患者血压控制效果的影响。方法选择279例老年高血压患者,根据家庭自测血压情况分为不测组、偶测组和常测组,对3组高血压患者治疗依从性、收缩压、舒张压及血压达标率进行分析。结果常测组不良服药行为得分和量表总分显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),常测组烟酒嗜好管理行为得分显著高于不测组(P<0.05),常测组收缩压和舒张压显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),常测组血压控制达标率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论家庭自测血压对社区老年高血压患者的有效管理具有积极的促进作用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the antihypertensive results of family self testing in hypertensives among aged hypertension patients. METHODS 279 cases of hypertensives were divided into no blood pressure（BP） measurement group, casual BP measurement group and normally BP measurement group. The treatment complicance, SBP, DBP and the control rate of 3 group were analyzed. RESULTS The unhealthy drug taking behavior and the general scores of normally BP measurement group were higher than in the other groups（P〈0.05）. The habit of smoking and alcohol scores normally BP measurement group was lower in no BP measurement group（P〈 0.05）. The SBP and DBP of normally BP measurement group were lower than the other groups（P〈0.05）, and the control rate was high- er than the other groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The family self testing in hypertensives among aged hypertension patients were more effective in controlling blood pressure.
