摘要
目的评价在社区对2型糖尿病患者进行营养干预的效果。方法随机抽取已确诊的2型糖尿病患者220例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各110例。对干预组患者进行营养教育、营养软件评估和膳食指导;对照组患者进行常规的慢性病管理。干预1年后,对管理效果进行评估。结果干预组患者在营养干预后,人体测量学指标和糖代谢指标较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05),在蛋白质、脂肪摄入方面也较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05),但在碳水化合物摄入方面两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论营养干预对防治2型糖尿病效果明显,本干预模式值得在社区推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of nutritional intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes in community. METHODS 220 patients who has type 2 diabetes mellitus with certain diagnosis were and divided them into intervention group and control group with 110 cases in each group. The intervention group received nutrition intervention which included nutrition education, nutrition eval- uation by professional software, dietary guide, the control group received routine chronic disease management. Evaluate the effective- ness of management for a period of 1 year. RESULTS Compared with the control, anthropometry and the glucose metabolic indicators of the intervention group were better after the intervention(P〈0.05), intake of protein and fat was reduced after the intervention(P〈 0.05). But there was no significant difference in intake of carbohydrate between intervention group and control group after the inter- vention(P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS Nutritional intervention was obviously effective for prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and this intervention mode could be popularized in community.
