34例心律失常患者CT冠状动脉成像质量影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Fowtors for Imaging Quality Control in CT Coronary Angiography for 34 Cases of Patients with Arrhythmia

目的探讨34例心律失常患者行320排CT冠状动脉血管成像的质量影响因素。方法通过评价冠状动脉图像质量,分析心律(率)、呼吸、注射速率、扫描计划及心电编辑对图像质量的影响。结果 34例患者中,26例(76%)图像质量为I级,5例(15%)为Ⅱ级,3例(9%)为Ⅲ级,无Ⅳ级图像,团注效果欠佳3例。结论心律失常患者的选取、降低心率、呼吸训练、提高注射速率、扫描计划及心电编辑,有助于提高心律失常患者320排CT冠状动脉成像质量。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence factors of coronary imaging quality by 320-detector row CT in 34 patients with ar- rhythmia. METHODS Through the evaluation of image quality analyzing the influence factors, such as rhythm of the heart, heart rate, breath, injection speed, scan plan and ECG-edit. RESULTS Among 34 patients, 26 cases（76%）image quality for I level, 5 cases （15% ） for Ⅱlevel, 3（9%）cases for Ⅲ level, none for Ⅳ level. 3 cases had an ineffective bolus injection. CONCLUSION Choose the patients with arrhythmia, reducing heart rate, breath training, raise injection rate, scan plan and ECG-edit eonld im- prove the image quality of coronary angiography by 320-detector row CT.
