瑞替普酶治疗急性肺栓塞的临床研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价瑞替普酶溶栓治疗急性大面积肺栓塞的临床疗效及安全性。方法将确诊为急性大面积肺栓塞患者60例随机分为瑞替普酶治疗组30例和尿激酶治疗组30例,观察溶栓治疗前后的临床效果及安全性。结果溶栓后2组临床症状均大部分改善,且瑞替普酶组较尿激酶组改善更明显(P<0.05);溶栓后2组p(O2)及p(CO2)均明显升高,且瑞替普酶组较尿激酶组升高更明显(P均<0.05);溶栓后2组PAP、SBP、HR均明显改善,且瑞替普酶组改善效果优于尿激酶组(P均<0.05);瑞替普酶组总有效率明显高于尿激酶组(P<0.05),但2组总出血率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞替普酶溶栓治疗APTE疗效确切,溶栓迅速且并发症少,安全可靠。
