摘要
采用分形图形方法研究二维激光切割机的球面雕刻工艺,几何推导了球面等高量化后的分形尺寸,数值重建了等高量化后的三维台阶球面轮廓仿真图,在分形理论基础上,提出动态分形方法以降低量化阶数过大所产生的不利影响。结果表明,二维激光切割机用该方法进行3D球面雕刻具有一定的可行性。
Spherical work-piece of 2D laser cutting machine is analyzed by the fractal graph method, with equal high quantization, fractal geometric dimensions are deduced, and stepping spherical contour is also numerically reconstructed. In order to reduce the adverse impact of large quantitative order number, proposes dynamic fractal method based on the fractal method and theoretically illustrating its processing mechanism and characteristics. The results show that the 2D laser cutting machine to engraving 3D sphere has certain feasibility in this way.
