微小型齿轮铣刀齿形的设计计算

摘要 加工微小型齿轮需要使用专用的微小型齿轮铣刀。重点介绍了微小型齿轮铣刀齿形的设计计算方法,推导了渐开线部分齿形的计算公式和过渡曲线的计算公式;通过对AutoCAD软件的二次开发,编制AutoLISP程序,完成各坐标点的计算,并对铣刀侧后角进行了校验,检验结果合格。介绍了铣刀制造的技术要求,为微小型刀具的设计提供了参考。 Designed a micro gear milling cutter in the special micro gear. Introducs the design of micro gear milling cut- ter tooth shape, the formula is deduced for calculating formula of tooth profile of involute part and the transition curve, two times through the development of software AutoCAD, AutoLISP program, complete the calculation of the coordinates of the point, and the posterior angle milling cutter has been checked, inspection. At the end of the manufacturing technology to do a brief introduction to requirements. For the design of micro tool can provide valuable reference.
