电感耦合等离子光谱法测定含镍生铁中多元素

Determination of Multi-elements in Nickel Pig Iron by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

采用混合酸溶解含镍生铁样品,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪（ICP-AES）可一次性检测含镍生铁中的P、Si、Mn、Cu、Ni、Cr、Mo、V、Ti、Al、Co、Sn、W、As和Nb等15种元素含量。实验表明该法精密度高、回收率良好,精密度为1.02%~2.78%,回收率为96.2%~104.0%,可以满足实验室高效分析的要求。

Using mixed acid solution to dissolve nickel pig iron sampl Si,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr,Mo,V,Ti,Al,Co,Sn,W,As and Nb in niekel pig simultaneously with good precision and recovery ratio. The precision 2.78%,and the recovery ratio is between 96.2% and 104.0 %. This efficient analysis. es, 15 kinds of elements including P, iron can be determined by ICP-AES of the method is between 1.02% and method can meet the requirements of efficient analysis.
