Model Design and Stress Calculation of LNG Pipeline

以某LNG卫星站储罐至LNG泵之间的管道为例,采用等值刚度法应力计算软件对四种管道模型进行应力计算分析,计算出管道的一、二次应力,确定合适的补偿方式。对LNG管道的保冷方式进行探讨。

Taking the pipeline between LNG storage tank and LNG pump in a LNG satellite station for example, the stress calculation and analysis of the four kinds of pipeline models are performed by the stress calculation software with the equivalent stiffness method. The primary and secondary stresses of the pipeline are calculated, and the appropriate compensation mode is determined. The cold insulation mode of the LNG pipeline is discussed.
