摘要
本试验研究在不同环境温度下,即高温(37℃)、室温(25±5℃)、较低温(10℃)、低温(0~4℃)条件下,使用克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺快速检测试纸条对不同浓度动物尿液样品进行检测,试验结果表明,在较低温及低温条件下,检测准确率明显降低,差异显著,严重影响监督工作效率。
The experiment was conducted to study in different environmental temperature, namely under the condition of high temperature (37 ℃), room temperature (25±5 ℃), low temperature (10℃), lower temperature (0~4 ℃), use of clenbuterol and raetopamine rapid detection test strip to detect different concentrations of animal urine samples. The test results show that, in the conditions of low temperature and lower temperature, and the detection accuracy rate is signif- icantly reduced, significant differences, supervision work is efficiency greatly reduced.
