终身学习概念是现代社会转型中教育改革的产物,具有矫正匮乏、克服处境不利和丰富多样化的社会转型教育特点。欧洲于20世纪末期将终身学习提到战略高度,并开展了终身学习体系和计划的规划和建设工作,其数字化学习资源多元化、终身学习体现产学研协同创新性、社区教育等成人教育类型体现社会服务功能等特点具有先进性,对社会转型期的我国教育改革具有理论意义和实践意义。

Lifelong learning is one of the results of educational reforms in social transformation.
