摘要
终身学习概念是现代社会转型中教育改革的产物,具有矫正匮乏、克服处境不利和丰富多样化的社会转型教育特点。欧洲于20世纪末期将终身学习提到战略高度,并开展了终身学习体系和计划的规划和建设工作,其数字化学习资源多元化、终身学习体现产学研协同创新性、社区教育等成人教育类型体现社会服务功能等特点具有先进性,对社会转型期的我国教育改革具有理论意义和实践意义。
Lifelong learning is one of the results of educational reforms in social transformation. It is characterized by models like remedy deficient model, overcome disadvantage model and enhance diversity model. From the end of the 20th century, the European Union defined lifelong learning as a core strategy, and carried out the planning and implementation of the lifelong learning system and program, which showed advantages as the diversity of E - learning resources, the collaborative innovation of "industry - academia - research" model and the functions of social services of community education. The European lifelong learning program revealed, theoreti-cally and practically, the inspiring functions on the Chinese educational reform in the background of social transformation.
