中老年健康女性代谢综合征影响因素分析

Analysis on the associated factors of metabolic syndrome in middle-aged and elderly healthy women

目的探讨中老年健康女性代谢综合征（MS）及其相关组分的关系,旨在提高其对MS危险因素聚焦性的重视。方法随机抽取2009-2012年在该院体检中心查体的1 650例年龄大于或等于40岁女性的资料进行分析。结果 MS患病率为25.64%（423/1 650）,随着年龄的增加,MS的发病率逐渐升高（P〈0.05）,尤其以50岁以上组为著。MS相关因素Logistic回归分析显示,向心性肥胖、三酰甘油（TG）是MS的独立危险因素,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）则起保护性作用。结论 MS各组分的聚集在中老年女性中的异常率较高,尤其是50岁以上的妇女。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of metabolic syndrome in middle-aged and elderly healthy women.Methods A study from 2009 to 2012was carried out in population of 1 650women（age≥40years）.Results the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 25.64%（423/1 650）,The prevalence of morbidities obesity,hyperlipemia,hypertension,and diabetes increased with aging in female population,remarkably over 50 years.Multivariable Logistic analysis showed that metabolic syndrome was correlated with morbidities obesity,hyperlipemia.Conclusion The percentages of abnormalities are relatively high among middle-aged and elderly women,especially 50 to 59years woman.
