摘要
为适应不同负载要求,构建了基于负载口独立控制的模式切换控制系统,运用AMESim软件建立液压系统仿真模型,并联合MATLAB/Simulink模块建立控制器模型。通过联合仿真得出了液压缸活塞速度变化、液压缸活塞两端压力变化曲线。仿真对比了有、无切换模式下活塞速度的变化,结果表明:在最佳模式切换点将阻抗伸出模式切换至超越伸出模式,能提高活塞运动速度;基于负载口独立控制下的模式切换对活塞运动速度造成的冲击平缓。通过模式切换,可以在有限的系统条件下互补不同模式之间的控制特性。
To meet different working conditions,a mode switching control system based on load port independent control strategy is established.By combined application of AMESim with MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation model of hydraulic system and its controlling model are obtained.Through co-simulation,the changing curves of the velocity of the piston and the pressure at both ends are obtained,and the changes of piston velocity on conditions of having or having not mode switc-hing are examined.The simulation results show that mode switching at the optimal point can increase the piston speed of mode capacity,switching based on load port independent control strategy can reduce impact on piston velocity.Mode switc-hing can compensate the shortage of mode capacity.
