摘要
运用Ansys有限元分析软件对永磁直流无刷力矩电机进行了温度场分布研究,根据传热学理论建立了力矩电机连续堵转运行条件下的温度场计算模型,通过力矩电机内热交换给出了边界条件,对该模型进行有限元仿真计算,研究力矩电机模型简化以及电机各部件的发热情况,得出的仿真结果与电机实测数据基本相符,说明该分析方法对于直流无刷力矩电机的设计优化以及电机的温度场分析具有一定的参考意义。
In this paper the temperature field of permanent magnet brushless DC torque motor is calculated using finite ele-ment analysis software.According to the theory of heat transfer,the torque motor temperature field calculation model under the condition of continuous rotation blockage is built.The boundary conditions are obtained according to the internal heat ex-change of the torque motor,and then finite element simulating calculation is carried out of the model to examine the model simplification and heating of each part of the motor.The simulation results and the laws of the motor temperature are in sat-isfactory agreement.The analysis method has certain reference significance for the design optimization of brushless DC torque motor and analysis of its temperature field.
