摘要
湿式制动驱动桥因具有制动冲击小,操作舒适,受工况、路况影响小等优点,被国际先进重型车辆制造厂广泛采用。桥壳作为车桥的主要承力件,其性能直接影响到车桥的整体特性。为提高桥壳的承载性能及疲劳强度,在制作冲焊式桥壳时,半壳体采用冷冲成形。通过对桥壳半壳体冲压成型过程分析,设计制造了一套组合式模具,成功的解决了该半壳体的冲压。采用该模具冲压后的半壳体完全能满足设计要求。该模具与传统的整体式模具相比,增强了模具互换性和实用性。对于不同型号的桥壳半壳体,只需要更换模具的工作部分即可,大大降低了桥壳类模具的成本。
Because of such advantages of small braking impact,comfortable operation and little influence by road condi-tions,driving axle with wet brake is widely adopted by international advanced heavy vehicle manufacturers.As the main bearing part,axle housing’s performance directly affects the overall characteristics of the axle.In order to improve the bear-ing capacity and fatigue strength of the axle housing,the half bridge shell is made by cold drawing.Through the analysis of the forming process of the half bridge shell ,this paper designs and manufactures a sectional die for the part,which facili-tates the stamping of the half shell.The half shell made by the die can completely meet the design requirements.Compared with the traditional integral mould,the design has better interchangeability and practicability.For different types of half shell,one only need to replace the mold’s work parts.The design greatly reduces the mold cost.
