摘要
针对XK2430定梁式数控龙门镗铣床实际工况以及性能要求,就其关键支承件横梁进行分析研究,分别研究横梁的静态和动态特性,并绘制导轨变形曲线,为变形补偿提供理论依据。
According to the actual working condition and performance requirements of XK2430 beam-fixed CNC plano-boring and milling machine,the static and dynamic characteristics of the beam are worked out,and then the weak links are determined.Moreover,the rail deformation curves in all directions are drawn.The study would provide a credible theoreti-cal basis for further research on deformation compensation.
