摘要 针对某永磁同步电机直驱抽油机,利用变频调速技术开发了直驱抽油机控制系统,重点研究了抽油机冲程、冲次计算及换向节点控制,实现了抽油机根据抽油杆上下的运动趋势自动调整抽油机的冲次以及在每个冲程内调节抽油机的运行速度。该系统在油田现场测试应用表明,系统设计原理正确,工作可靠,冲程冲次无级可调,有助于提高泵效,较常规游梁式抽油机节能效果显著。 Aimed at the PMSM’s direct-drive pumping unit made by Guizhou Linquan Motor,Ltd.,a control system was developed using variable frequency speed regulation technology.The calculation of the stroke and frequency of the pumping unit and its reversing node were particularly studied.According to the up and down motion tendency of the sucker rod,the control system can carry out automatic speed adjustment and adjust the running speed within every stroke.The field test shows that the system is reliable in operation with correct design principle,and its stroke and speed adjustable,which helps improve the pump efficiency.Compared to common beam-pumping unit,the drive pumping unit has outstanding energy-saving effect.
