摘要 目的:探讨机械心肺复苏的临床应用效果。方法选择2012年1月~2014年12月本院急诊收治的行心肺复苏的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用人工心肺复苏术,观察组采用萨勃心肺复苏机行机械心肺复苏;两组其他治疗方式均相同。比较两组患者的复苏效果、按压效果、复苏5、15、30 min时各项生命体征。结果观察组复苏有效率及按压有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组复苏5 min时的PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2水平与对照组相比无明显差异(P〉0.05);观察组复苏15、30 min时的PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2水平与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组复苏各时间段收缩压均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用心肺复苏仪进行心肺复苏效果较好,能有效提升循环支持效率,提高复苏率。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 60 car-diopulmonary resuscitation patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as research ob-ject,randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was used artificial cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Observation group was used mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR Thumper.The other treatments between two groups were the same.The recovery effect,pressure effect,all vital signs after the recovery of 5 min,15 min and 30 min between two groups was compared respectively. Results Recovery efficiency and compres-sion efficiency in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical dif-ference (P〈0.05);PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2 levels in 5 min after resuscitation of observation group was compared with control group respectively,with no statistical differenc(P〉0.05),PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2 levels in 15 min and 30 min after resuscitation of observation group were compared with control group,with statistical differenc (P〈0.05).The systolic blood pressure each time in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of CPR with cardiopulmonary resuscitation is good,and can effectively improve the recovery of circulation and recovery rate.
