院前救治在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of pre-hospital emergency on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的：探讨院前救治在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年5月~2014年5月本院接诊的60例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组未实施院前急救，观察组实施院前急救，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组从发病到救治的时间及死亡率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率为93.3%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：前救治在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果显著，能够降低死亡率，提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital emergency on patients with hypertensive cere-bral hemorrhage. Method 60 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from May 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was not given pre-hospital emergency,the observation group was given pre-hospital emergency.The curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The time from the onset to treatment and the rate of mortality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observa-tion group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion The application effect of pre-hospital emergency on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant, which can reduce the rate of mortality,enhance the curative effect.
