综合护理干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patient with obstructive sleep apnea ayndrome

目的：探讨综合护理干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的影响。方法选取2013年2月~2014年5月本院收治的96例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者作为研究对象，随机分为干预组和常规组，各48例。常规组采用常规护理方式，干预组给予综合护理干预。比较两组护理前后的配合情况、护理满意度、护理后体质评分及患者睡眠状况。结果干预组的护理配合优良率、护理满意度显著高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组护理后的体质指数显著低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组护理后的体质评分显著低于常规组护理后，差异有统计学意义（t=4.62，P〈0.05）。两组护理后的睡眠状况评分显著低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组护理后的睡眠状况评分显著低于常规组护理后，差异有统计学意义（t=6.72，P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预能够有效改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床症状，提高患者满意度，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patient with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）. Methods 96 patients with OSAS in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2014 were select-ed and randomly divided into the intervention group and the regular group,48 cases in each group.The regular group was given regular nursing method,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The condition of cooperation before and after nursing,the degree of nursing satisfaction,the score of constitution and sleep status in two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing cooperation and the degree of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the regular group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of con-stitution in two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of constitution in the intervention group after nursing was lower than that in the regular group after nursing,with significant difference （t=4.62,P〈0.05）.The score of sleep status in two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of sleep status in the intervention group after nursing was lower than that in the regular group after nursing,with significant difference （t=6.72,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is able to effectively improve the clinical symptom of patient with OSAS,enhance the degree of nursing satisfaction,and improve life quality,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
