早期应用米力农治疗重症手足口病的疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of early use of milrinone on severe hand-foot-mouth disease

目的观察早期应用米力农在重症手足口病治疗中的疗效。方法将皖北煤电集团总医院儿科2013年1月至2014年6月收治的66例重症手足口病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上早期应用米力农辅助治疗,对两组患儿的病情进展、呼吸机应用时间、住院时间、治愈率等资料进行对比分析。比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组9例进展到心肺功能衰竭前期,其中3例并发心肺功能衰竭,死亡1例;观察组4例进展到心肺功能衰竭前期,其中1例并发心肺功能衰竭,无死亡病例。观察组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症手足口病尚未进入心肺功能衰竭前期及早应用米力农能有效阻止患儿病情向危重型发展。

Objective To observe the curative effects of early use of milrinone on severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, 66 eases of severe hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment and the observation group was given the early milri- none therapy based on application of the conventional treatment. The disease progression, machine application time, hospitaliza- tion time, cure rate was analyzed. Treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, 9 ca- ses developed to the prophase of cardiorespiratory failure, among which 3 cases developed to the cardiorespiratory failure, and 1 cases died. Four eases in the observation group developed to the prophase of eardiorespiratory failure, among which 3 cases de- veloped to the cardiorespiratory failure, and no case died. The effect of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early Milrinone can effectively prevent the ill- ness to severe development for severe and-foot-mouth disease has not yet entered prophase cardiorespiratory failure were given.
