ICU高龄脑出血患者肠内营养支持治疗效果观察

Effect of enteral nutritional support on patients with senile cerebral hemorrhage in ICU

目的探讨肠内营养支持治疗对ICU高龄脑出血患者的临床疗效。方法将126例ICU高龄脑出血患者随机分为肠内营养支持治疗组(观察组)和肠外营养支持治疗组(对照组),比较两组血糖、血清白蛋白、肝功能、胃排空功能恢复时间、电解质紊乱以及肺部感染的发生率情况。结果治疗后观察组血糖、血清白蛋白、肝功能等生化指标指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃排空功能恢复时间、电解质紊乱以及肺部感染的发生率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养支持治疗可较好的改善患者生化指标,较快恢复患者胃肠功能,降低患者肺部感染率,有利于患者电解质平衡,具有较好的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of enterai nutritional support on patients with senile cerebral hemorrhage in ICU. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with senile cerebral hemorrhage in ICU were randmnly divided into enteral nutrition support therapy group （observation group ） and parenteral nutrition support therapy group （control group）. The blood glucose, serum albumin, liver function, gastric emptying function recovery time, electrolyte disorder and the incidence of pulmo- nary infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the blood glucose, serum albumin, liver function and other biochemical indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Tile gastric emptying function recovery time, electrolyte disorder and the incidence of pulmonary infection of the observation group were also significantly better those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of enteral nutrition support can improve the biochemical indicators of patients with senile cerebral hemorrhage of ICU, which can also make the recovery of gas- trointestinal function earlier, reduce the risk of pulmonary infection, which is beneficial to patients with electrolyte balance, so it has good application value.
