本文根据组织的集成度及组织间的相互依赖性对常见的合作创新组织模式进行了讨论 ,将它们分为产权合作协议和非产权合作协议两大类 ,并比较了不同组织模式的优势和劣势。最后 ,本文分别从创新类型和技术类型的角度 。

In recent years, cooperative innovation has been one of the important ways of technological innovation in the world. The organizational modes of cooperative innovation are diversified. According to the integration of the organizations and interdependence between organizations, the organizational modes of cooperative innovation are classified into two parts, property agreement and non-property agreement. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of these organizational modes are contrasted. In the end of this paper, how to choose the organizational mode of cooperative innovation is proposed, based on different kinds of innovation and technology.
