摘要
加入WTO后我国农业的国际竞争力本质上取决于农业技术创新能力。本文通过与美、日两国比较 ,找出了我国农业技术创新方面的问题 ,探讨了加入WTO将对我国农业技术创新能力的影响 。
After China's entry to WTO, the international competence of China's agriculture depends on its capacity of agrotechnical innovation. This paper firstly finds out the problems of agrotechnical innovation in China by comparing China with Japan and USA, secondly discusses the impact of China's entry to WTO on its capacity of agrotechnical innovation, and finally puts forward a series of countermeasures for improving its capacity of agrotechnical innovation.
