摘要
很多企业职业病防治主体责任不落实,工作场所职业危害因素超标严重。2014年,国家安全监管总局（简称总局）对一些企业的检测发现,粉尘、毒物浓度最高超标达到百倍以上。很多高危行业劳动者,自我防护意识薄弱,致使职业健康受到极大损害。
The National Video Conference on Occupational Diseases Control and Prevention was hold on April 29 th in 2015.Yang Dongliang, the director of State Administration of Work Safety, gave a speech.
