"池哥昼"是白马藏族从先祖信仰和图腾崇拜中演化而来,传承至今的一种祭祀活动,又是全民参与的集体活动,更是现存的少数民族文化之一.通过田野考察,结果表明:"池哥昼"不仅与本民族的生产劳动、生活习俗息息相关,有民族性、集群性、文化性的特点,而且有健身、娱乐、教育等体育元素,还有体育运动学、生理学、心理学等现代体育价值,因此,"池哥昼"在全民健身运动、体育文化展演及特色旅游开发等方面具有广阔的开发潜力.

Through field investigation, the results show that： ＂Chigezhou＂ is not only closely related to production, life custom of this nation, the characteristics of nationality, group sex, culture, but also has fitness, entertainment, education and other physical elements, and sports, physiology, Therefore, ＂ Chigezhou ＂ has great potential in the aspects of characteristics of tourism development. psychology and other modern sports value fitness, sports cultural performances and characteristics of tourism development.
