从积极承揽一手货源、开展"门到门"全程物流、全面提升服务水平、建立健全市场经营制度方面概述中铁集装箱运输有限责任公司兰州分公司开展集装箱全程物流服务的实践,分析拓展集装箱全程物流服务面临的物流服务设施欠缺、物流服务功能亟需完善、全程物流服务人才匮乏等问题,提出大力拓展集装箱全程物流链的策略,即完善集装箱全程物流服务设施、拓展集装箱全程物流外包业务、开发集装箱国际联运货源、提供个性化集装箱全程物流服务、加强物流经营人才培养。

From aspects of actively contracting for supply of one hand, developing 'door-to-door' whole-process logistics, increasing service level in all-sided and establishing completed market operation system, this paper summarizes the practice of developing whole-process logistic service by Lanzhou Branch Company of CRCT, analyzes the problems exiting in expanding whole-process logistic service, such as deficiency of logistic service facilities, improvement needed in logistic service functions and talents shortage in whole-process logistic service, and puts forward strategies of greatly developing container whole-process logistic chain, which means improving service facilities of container whole-process logistics and expanding outsourcing business of the logistics, developing freight source of container international inter-model transportation, providing individualized wholeprocess logistic service of containers and strengthening talents training of logistic operation.
