天津货运中心通过对接市场的方式增强职工效益意识、市场意识、合作共赢意识、服务意识,推动思想观念创新;以项目管理方式构建营销组织体系、加强营销队伍建设,推动营销组织创新;以企业定制方式设计运输产品、拓展全程物流链条、搭建合作商务圈,推动物流服务创新;以战略联盟方式深化路内运输企业合作,与港口、生产企业、物流园区加强对接合作,推动路企合作创新。通过探索和实践,天津货运中心覆盖范围内的铁路运输市场份额稳步提升,开展全程物流服务的实践取得初步成效。
By way of connecting market, Tianjin Freight Transport Center enhances staff's benefit consciousness, market consciousness, cooperation and win-win consciousness as well as service consciousness and promotes innovation of thoughts and ideas; by way of project management, it establishes marketing organization system, strengthens marketing team building and promotes innovation of marketing organization; by way of enterprise customization, it designs transport productions, exerts whole-process logistic chain, establishes cooperative business circle and promotes innovation of logistic service; by way of strategic alliance, its deepens cooperation between transport enterprises inside railways, strengthens the connection and cooperation with ports, production enterprises and logistic garden and promotes innovation of railway-enterprise cooperation. Through discussion and practice, the railway transport market share covered by Tianjin Freight Transport Center was steadily increased, and the practice of developing whole-process logistic service achieved initial results.
