摘要 运用动力学分析软件Simpack建立了风力机刚柔耦合动力学模型,通过Airfoil Prep计算翼型的失速特性,采用Turb Sim生成风场文件后对风力机动力学模型加载和仿真.以3MW风力机为例,其中叶片运用新的翼型族WTNew,对整机进行模态分析,得到固有频率,对风力机加载风场,仿真分析得到风轮倍频频率,绘制Campbell图,判定风轮上可能发生共振的频率范围.最后通过对风力机时域仿真结果的分析,进一步甄别风轮振动幅值较大的频率,为对影响风力机传动系统振动因素的分析提供一定的理论依据. Dynamic analysis software Simpack was used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of wind turbine,and the airfoil stalling characteristics were calculated through Airfoil Prep. Turbsim was used to generate wind field document and then load it on the model,and simulation of the wind turbine was conducted. By the analysis of 3MW wind turbine and using WTNew airfoils,inherent frequency of the whole machine was obtained,and the wind field was loaded on the wind turbine. The excitation frequency of the wind turbine was calculated through simulation,Campbell diagram was obtained,and resonant frequency range of the wind wheel was initially identified. Through the analysis of wind turbine simulation results,larger vibration amplitude frequency range of the wind wheel was further identified,which provides certain theoretical basis for the analysis of the factors influencing the vibration of the wind turbine drive system.
