专业设置要与区域产业特征相吻合,为区域经济服务。江苏的农机产业位于全国前列,农机人才的缺口非常大,通过分析江苏省农机工业发展实际情况、农机人才资源现状,进而提出农机专业设置与区域经济协调发展的对策和建议。
Professional settings should meet the characteristics of regional industry, offer the service to regional economy. Agricultural machinery industry in Jiangsu is located in the national front row, but agricultural machinery talent gap is very big. Through the analysis of the actual situation of the agricultural machinery industry and agricultural machinery talents resources in Jiangsu province, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural machinery professional settings to coordinate with regional economic.
