目的方药临床疗效的发挥,不仅与药物剂量有关,且与体质因素密切相关。人体对方药的耐受性及反应性与体质状态有关。根据体质状态差异来确定方药的剂量,不仅可以减少和避免方药不良反应,而且能增强疗效,有助于从单纯的"疾病—药物"治疗模式,转变为"体质—疾病—药物"的诊疗模式,更好地指导临床用药剂量,从而达到治疗和预防疾病。

The therapeutic effect of a certain formula is not only associated with its dosage,but also closely linked with patient’s constitution. Different body constitutions may have different reaction and tolerance to drug. The determination of dosages and types of herbs used were based on constitution differentiation is conducive to minimize adverse reactions and enhance therapeutic effect of a formula. Treatment model is thus converted from the“disease-medicine”model to“constitution-disease-medicine”model, which can guide the clinical dosing of drugs and prevent diseases in an effective way.
